Abstract
U radu je opisan postupak oblikovanja metala deformiranjem u žarenom stanju. Prikazana je kontrola kvalitete jednog otkivka te procesi koji su potrebni da se od početnog komada metala otkuje jedan otkivak, koji nakon kovanja prolazi kroz niz kontrola kvalitete kako bi zadovoljio potrebe kupca i osigurao kvalitetan i dugoročan vijek trajanja. U radu je opisan proces kontrole kvalitete otkivaka vilice s batićem za spajanje kopastih izolatora, te koraci prilikom provjere kvalitete otkivka. Nakon provjere kvalitete otkivka provedena je provjera strukture materijala te se na taj način dobio uvid u strukturu otkivka i njegov sastav. U radu su prikazani koraci kontrole kvalitete koji su opisani i popraćeni fotografijama.
Abstract (english)
The paper describes the process of metal forming by deformation in the annealed state. The quality control of one forging and the processes required to forge one forge from the initial piece of metal are presented, which after forging goes through a series of quality controls to meet customer needs and ensure quality and long life. The paper describes the process of quality control of fork forks with a mallet for connecting coil insulators, and the steps in checking the quality of such forgings. After checking the quality of the forging, the structure of the material was checked, thus gaining insight into the structure of the forging and its composition. The paper presents the quality control steps that are described and accompanied by photographs.
