Abstract
U radu je opisana tehnologija izrade brodske korpe. U Uvodu se opisuju opći pojmovi o visećoj konzolnoj korpi, od čega se sastoji, način dizanja te načini balansiranja tako da viseća konzolna korpa bude u ravnoteži. U sljedećem poglavlju se definiraju sve moguće varijante izvedbe viseće konzolne korpe. Razrađene su sve izvedbe viseće konzolne korpe tako da po potrebi se produlji ili smanji duljina viseće konzolne korpe prema potrebama na gradilištu. U sljedeća dva poglavlja su opisani svi koraci od nabave materijala, rezanja pozicija, zavarivanje sastavljenih pozicija, ispitivanja zavara vizualno i penetrantsko ispitivanje, te na kraju završno ličenje. Kao pomoćna oprema koja služi za rad na visini obavezno se mora ispitati prije nego što se pusti u rad
Abstract (english)
The paper describes the technology of making a ship's basket. The Introduction describes the general concepts of a hanging cantilever basket, what it consists of, the way of lifting, and the ways of balancing so that the hanging cantilever basket is in balance. The next section defines all possible versions of the hanging cantilever basket. All designs of the hanging cantilever basket have been developed so that, if necessary, the length of the hanging cantilever basket can be extended or reduced according to the needs on the construction site. The next two chapters describe all the steps from material procurement, position cutting, assembly position welding, weld testing, visual and penetration testing, and finally final painting. As an auxiliary equipment used for work at height, it must be tested before it is put into operation.
