Abstract
Kroz rad se definira pojam motivacije zaposlenika unutar organizacije. Kulturu inovacija zaposlenika tvrtke razvijaju različitim motiviranjima zaposlenika nagradama i drugim pogodnostima. Kroz motivaciju raznim nagradama i pogodnostima zaposlenici se osjećaju bolje I cijenjeno te zbog toga ostvaruju bolji radni učinak. Stoga se kroz rad naglašava važnost motivacije na radnom mjestu, jer ona potiče rast. Menadžeri prepoznavanjem razloga motivacije zaposlenika dolaze do boljih rezultata i učinaka. Organizacija koja shvaća važnost motivacije u unutar svog poslovanja, prihvaća njihovi menadžeri izvlače najbolje iz svojih timova kada su podrška, a ne kritični. Kada je voditelju stalo do radnog opterećenja i dobrobiti svog tima, razina odsutnosti obično je niža jer se zaposlenici osjećaju manje pod stresom i preopterećeni.
Abstract (english)
The paper defines the concept of employee motivation within the organization. The notion of motivating employees with rewards and other benefits develops a culture of innovation. Furthermore, when employees feel valued and supported by their organization, they feel better and perform better. Therefore, the paper emphasizes the importance of motivation in the workplace, because it promotes growth. Moreover, managers who recognize what strengths motivate their teams often see the best results. An organization that understands the importance of motivation within their business, accepts that their managers get the best out of their teams when they are supportive rather than critical. When a leader cares about their team's workload and well-being, absenteeism levels tend to be lower because employees feel less stressed and overwhelmed.
