Abstract
U završnom radu je iznesena podjela bakrenih legura na temelju vrsta i udjela glavnih legirnih elemenata. Navedena su karakteristike, osnovna svojstva i nedostaci čistog bakra. Također je obrađeno područja metalurgija bakra. Metalurgija bakra obuhvatila je podjelu bakra prema teksturi i objašnjenje utjecaja pojedinih kemijskih elemenata na svojstva bakra. Zatim je predstavljena legura bakra sa cinkom kroz opis i podjelu na mjedi koje sadrže više od 50 % bakra i posebne mjedi koje sadrže od 54% do 62 % bakra u legurama. Legure bakra bez cinka podijeljene su na legure sa kositrom, aluminijem, olovom, berilijem, manganom, silicijem i niklom. Kod pojedinih bakrenih legura objašnjena je i prikazana njihova mikrostruktura. Također su navedeni postupci obrade pojedinih legura, njihova namjena i korištenje u proizvodnji.
Abstract (english)
The final paper presents the division of copper alloys based on the types and proportions of the main alloying elements. The characteristics, basic properties and disadvantages of pure copper are listed. The area of copper metallurgy was also covered. Copper metallurgy included the division of copper according to texture and the explanation of the influence of individual chemical elements on the properties of copper. Then the alloy of copper with zinc is presented through description and division into brasses containing more than 50% copper and special brasses containing from 54% to 62% copper in the alloys. Copper alloys without zinc are divided into alloys with tin, aluminum, lead, beryllium, manganese, silicon and nickel. In the case of individual copper alloys, their microstructure is explained and shown. The processing procedures of individual alloys, their purpose and use in production are also listed.
