Raspberry is a plant from the Rosaceae family. It is not highly demanding regarding the soil. Keeping up maintenance and weeding, with the provision of the appropriate amount of manure, will ensure a good and high-quality yield. Raspberry fruits are of high quality and they can be utilised in various ways, for natural colours or for culinary and medicinal purposes. The raspberry fruit is an aggregate of drupelets which can easily be separated from the torus, and it is made of tightly packed, red, juicy, sweet-tasting berries. It ripens twice per year, from June to November, depending on the weather conditions. Forming raspberry plantations requires extensive plans and calculations, as well as a clear plan and a clear goal. Various factors involved in growing raspberries must be considered, including the selection of varieties that match the growing location The aim of this paper is to present the performance results and the justification for the costs of forming and growing raspberry plantations in the organic farming regime. Raspberries grown using organic farming are capable of securing an abundant yield for producers and there are no significant differences between conventional and organic farming.
