U današnjem vremenu je cjeloživotno učenje od jake važnosti jer što vrijeme dalje ide tako se razvijaju i novije tehnologije, te da bi pojedinac opstao u društvu mora svaki dan nešto novo naučiti, naime postoje razni programi cjeloživotnog učenja koji se isto tako razvijaju s vremenom i različite potrebe cjeloživotnog učenja, bilo one društvene, poslovne ili želja za novim znanjima.
