Abstract
Upravljanje poduzećem najzahtjevnija je menadžersja funkcija koja usmjerava zaposlenika i motivira ih na obavljanje odrđenih radnih zadataka. Motivacija svojih zaposlenika je nužna kako bi se ostvarili osnovni ciljevi poduzeća, a komuniciranje jedan je od najbitnijih sredstava u svakoj organizaciji jer bez njega nema poslovnih rezultata niti poslovnih uspjeha. Pravilno i učinkovito vođenje na svim razinama dovest će poduzeće do višeg nivoa. Kako bi menadžer uspješno vodio kompaniju u startu mora imati razvijene vještine upravljanja, a kako vještine tako i sposobnosti. Analiziranjem tekstilne industrije Republike Hrvatske dolazi se do zaključka kako i na koji način je potrebno upravljati poduzećem da bi ono opstalo i osvarivalo prihode kako sebi tako i za cijelo gospodarstvo
Abstract (english)
Management is the most demanding managerial function by which employees are directed and motivated to perform a certain work assignment. Motivating employees is necessary to achieve the fundamental goals of the company, and communication is important for the success of every organization. Appropriate and effective leadership at all levels of organization will bring the company to a higher level of development. In order to successfully manage the company from the start, the manager has to develop leadership skills. The results of the analysis of the textile industry in the Republic of Croatia show the prerequisites for the successful management of the company and qualities it needs to have in order to endure and generate income, as well as to provide contribution to the whole economy.
