Abstract
Poslovanje ugostiteljskih objekata na području Republike Hrvatske regulirano je odredbama Zakona o ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti. Ugostiteljski objekti su razvrstani i kategorizirani u različite skupine, a jedna od skupina su i objekti koji gostima pružaju usluge smještaja. Unutar ove skupine nalaze se i hosteli. U radu je analiziran marketing program hostela „Mali Pariz“ koji posluje u Slavonskom Brodu, i to uključujući sve elemente marketing miksa koje vlasnik hostela kombinira kako bi njegov objekt postao što je moguće više prepoznatljiv na turističkim tržištima. Temeljem provedenih istraživanja zaključeno je da vlasnik hostela „Mali Pariz“ marketinški efikasno pristupa vođenju svog poslovnog objekta, zahvaljujući čemu i ostvaruje dobre poslovne rezultate.
Abstract (english)
Operating of catering facilities in the territory of the Republic of Croatia is regulated by the provisions of the Catering Activity Law. Catering facilities are classified and categorized into different groups, and in one of the groups are facilities that provide accommodation services to guests. Within this group there are hostels, as well. The paper analyzes the marketing program of the hostel „Mali Pariz“ which operates in Slavonski Brod, including all elements of the marketing mix that the hostel owner combines to make its facility as recognizable as possible in the tourist markets. Based on the conducted research, it was concluded that the owner of the hostel „Mali Pariz“ has a marketing-efficient approach to running his business facility, thanks to which he achieves good business results.
