Abstract
Komunikacija je prenošenjeinformacija od jedne prema drugoj osobi. Sadržajna komunikacija je prenošenje informacija putem riječi, dok je emocionalna komunikacija prenošenje informacija izrazom lica, pokretima tijela i sl. Komunikacija ima veliku važnost u poslovnom svijetu te bi menadžer trebao znati dobro komunicirati kako bi poslovanje u organizaciji bilo što bolje. Funkcije komunikacije menadžera imaju veliku važnost u organizaciji bilo kakvog događaja. U radu je provedeno istraživanje vezano uz organizaciju sajma vjenčanja u Novoj Gradišci. Isti se organizira već 5 godina. Svaki sajam je uspio i ostavio dobar dojam na posjetitelje. Prilikom organizacije sajma event menadžerica morala je poznavati i primijeniti funkcije komunikacije menadžera.
Abstract (english)
Communication is the transmission of information from one person to another. Content communication is the transmission of information through words, while emotional communication is the transmission of information by facial expression, body movements, etc. Communication is pf great importance in the business world and the manager should be able to communicate well in order to make the business in the organization as good as possible. The functions of communication of managers have great importance in the organization of any event. The paper conducted research related to the organization of the wedding fair in Nova Gradiška. It's been organized for five years. Each fair succeded and made a good impression on visitors. When organizing the fair, the manager had to know and apply the functions of communication of the manager.
