Abstract
U ovom radu pomno je analizirana i ispitana dodatna, četvrta os obradnog centra Priminer V11L. Prije svega, detaljno je prikazana usporedba troosnog CNC stroja i višeosnih CNC strojeva. Prikazane su njihove moguće izvedbe te njihove karakteristike. Za praktični dio, ukratko je opisan obradni centar sa svojim najbitnijim mogućnostima i značajkama te je ispitana četvrta os istog. Plan ispitivanja je detaljno objašnjen. Ispitani faktori bili su: parametri rezanja, masa obratka, jačina stezanja i brzina okretanja dodatne osi. Svaki od njih je testiran na obadnom centru sa svrhom dobivanja rezultata. Na osnovu dobivenih rezultata, donesen je zaključak o točnosti četvrte osi. Rezultati su ujedno i pomogli u daljnoj proizvodnji.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the additional, fourth axis of the Priminer V11L machining center is carefully analyzed and examined. First of all, a comparison of three-axis CNC machine and multi-axis CNC machines is presented in detail. Their possible performances and their characteristics are presented. For the practical part, the machining center with its most important possibilities and features is briefly described and the fourth axis of the same is examined. The test plan is explained in detail. The examined factors were: cutting parameters, workpiece mass, clamping force and speed of rotation of the additional axis. Each of them was tested at the rim center for the purpose of obtaining results. Based on the obtained results, a conclusion was made about the accuracy of the fourth axis. The results also helped in further production.
