Abstract
Menadžerske vještine neophodne su za vođenje poslovanja svakog poduzeća. Menadžer snosi veliku odgovornost i svakodnevno se susreće s novim problemima i prilikama koje mora znati riješiti i iskoristiti na pravi način. Kako bi proces bio uspješan potrebne su mu vještine i znanja. Dobar menadžer je onaj koji shvaća važnost usavršavanja, obrazovanja i osobnog napretka jer uz pomoć toga dostižu se veći i brojni ciljevi. Osim toga, dobar menadžer znati će kako se odnositi prema zaposlenicima, kako ih motivirati i uspješno rješavati sukobe koji se događaju u svakom poduzeću. Svaka menadžerska vještina jednako je važna. U svrhu izrade diplomskog rada provedena je anketa o razvoju menadžerskih vještina u poduzećima. Istraživanje je provedeno na 100 ispitanika koji su iznosili i označavali odgovore za koje smatraju da su najtočniji prema njihovim mišljenjima i načinu rada.
Abstract (english)
Managerial skills are essential for running any business. The manager bears great responsibility and daily encounters new problems and opportunities that he must know how to solve and use in the right way. In order for the process to be successful, he needs skills and knowledge. A good manager is one who understands the importance of training, education and personal progress, because with the help of this, greater and more numerous goals are achieved. In addition, a good manager will know how to treat employees, how to motivate them and successfully resolve conflicts that occur in every company. Every manager skill is equally important. In order to prepare a diploma thesis, a survey was conducted on the development of managerial skills in companies. The research was conducted on 100 respondents who presented and marked the answers that they consider to be the most accurate according to their opinions and the way they work.
