Career is one of the most important and most difficult decisions an individual has to make. In order to made the right decision, young people are entering the career research process. Various factors that influence the final decision appear on the path of career selection. Each young people will react differently to the obstacles posed. With quality preparation throughout the entire education, the past to a career goal will be easier. Although an idividual can reveal his or her abilities in the early period of his or her life and thus contionue to quality for such profession. A career study answers the question of what kind of work suits the individual the most. The asnwer can be obtained by talking to family and friends, but also by employing them in varios business posotion. This paper will study the intentions of students after completing their studies. The question arises as to what opinion they have on going abroad and what opinion they have on employment in their country. The necessary information was obtained through a survey conducted for the purpose of drafting the final work.
