Abstract
Voćarstvo je grana poljoprivredne proizvodnje koja se bavi proizvodnjom, uzgojem i doradom voća u svježem obliku. Danas je značajno rašireno kao grana poljoprivrede, a voće se koristi u prehrani, medicini, sportu te se pojavljuje u još drugim aspektima čovjekova života. Može ga se koristiti u svježem ili u prerađenom obliku. Jabučasto ili jezgričavo voće klasificira se još i kao kontinentalno voće zato jer se najviše uzgaja na kontinentalnom dijelu Republike Hrvatske, a također i u ostalim... More dijelovima Republike Hrvatske, a u njega ubrajamo: jabuku, krušku, dunju, mušmulu i oskorušu. Jabučasto ili jezgričavo voće u sebi sadrže razne kemijske spojeve, poput: aminokiselina, vitamina, proteina, ugljikohidrata, vodu, minerale, itd. Svaki kemijski sastav važan je za voćku jer se kroz konzumaciju voća unose se u čovjekov organizam hranjive tvari gdje se daljnjim procesima u čovjekovu tijelu asimiliraju i stvaraju spojeve koji su ključni za čovjekovo zdravlje. Abstract (english)
Fruit growing is a branch of agricultural production that deals with the production cultivation and cultivation of fresh fruit. Today it is significantly spread as a branch of agriculture. Fruit is used in food, medicine, sports and appears in other aspects of human life. It can be used fresh of processed. Apples or nuts fruit are also classified as continental fruits because they are mostly grown in the continental part of the Republic of Croatia, and include apple, pear, quince, meddler... More and hawthorn. Apples or nuts fruit contain various chemical compounds such us: amino acids, vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, water, minerals. Each chemical composition is important for the fruit as a way of entering of nutrients into the human body where they are assimilated in the body by further processes and create compounds that are crucial to human health.
