Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je prikazati najvažnije značajke komunalnog gospodarstva i njegov utjecaj u jedinicama lokalne samouprave na primjeru Općine Velika Kopanica. Komunalno gospodarstvo je definirano Zakonom o komunalnom gospodarstvu, dok je ono u jedinicama lokalne samouprave, osim Zakonom, definirano i odredbama općih akata jedinice lokalne samouprave. Komunalno gospodarstvo ima vrlo velik i značajan utjecaj u jedinicama lokalne samouprave jer se s njim ostvaruju potrebe samih građana kao i kvaliteta života. Jedinice lokalne samouprave imaju vrlo težak zadatak za ispuniti, a to je pronaći načine i prihode s kojima bi se podigla kvaliteta života samih građana kao i izgradila i održavala komunalna infrastruktura na njihovom području. U radu su također prikazani i obrađeni oni dijelovi komunalnog gospodarstva, koji su donesni na osnovi Zakona i općih akata Općine Velika Kopanica te su isti analizirani.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this final paper is to present the most important aspects of the communal economy and its impact in local self-government units with the case of Municipality of Velika Kopanica. Communal economy is defined by the Law on Communal Economy, while in local self-government units, in addition to the Law, it is also defined by the provisions of general acts of local self-government units. The communal economy has a very large and significant impact in the units of local self-government because it serves the needs of the citizens themselves and impacts the quality of life. Local self-government units have a very difficult task to fulfill, and that is to find ways and means that would raise the quality of life of citizens themselves as well as build and maintain communal infrastructure in their area. The paper also presents and deals with those parts of the communal economy that were adopted on the basis of the Law and general acts of the Municipality of Velika Kopanica and analyzed them.
