Abstract
U radu su prikazana objašnjenja obrazovanja i kvalitete te pojmovi koji se vežu uz njih. Analizirana je kvaliteta u ranom i predškolskom odgoju i obrazovanju, osnovnim škola, visokoobrazovnim ustanovama, cjeloživotnom obrazovanju i e-obrazovanju. Također objašnjene su norme i norma ISO 9001 u obrazovanju i ISO 22000 koja se odnosi na prehranu i HACCP sustav. Primjer kvalitete u osnovnoškolskom obrazovanju je naveden rezultatima samovrednovanja u OŠ ʺSikirevciʺ. Da bi postojala kvaliteta u obrazovanju potrebna su financijska ulaganja i suradnja među zaposlenicima.
Abstract (english)
The paper presents explanations of education and quality and concepts that are related to them. Quality in early and preschool education, primary schools, higher education institutions, lifelong education and e-education was analyzed. Also explained are the standards and norm ISO 9001 in education and ISO 22000 related to nutrition and HACCP system. An example of quality in primary education is given by the results of self-evaluation in OŠ ʺSikirevciʺ. In order for there to be quality in education, financial investment and cooperation between employees are needed.
