Abstract U prošlosti, kada su se djeca u vrtiće ostavljala samo na čuvanje, nije bilo pretjerane suradnje između obitelji i vrtića. No, kada su vrtići postali ustanove za odgoj i obrazovanje djece stvari su se promijenile. Odgojitelji i ostali stručni suradnici zalagali su se za suradnju s roditeljima te njihovim uključivanjem u život odgojno-obrazovne ustanove. Razvoj društva, značaj ranog odgoja na razvoj djeteta doprinijeli su novom pristupu, paradigmi u shvaćanju ranog odgoja i suradnje roditelja i odgojitelja. Upravo zbog toga, suradnja između obitelji i vrtića počela se sve više razvijati te je bila usmjerena na postizanje zajedničkog cilja, a to je dobrobit djeteta. Postoje različiti oblici suradnje koje odgojitelji koriste u svom radu, a to su: individualni razgovor, roditeljski sastanak, kreativne radionice, otvoreni tjedan, kutić za roditelje. Neprestanim razvojem tehnologije, odgojitelji su počeli koristiti i neke nove oblike suradnje koji se prije nisu tako često upotrebljavali, a to su: društvene mreže, aplikacije za pametne telefone te web-stranice dječjih vrtića. Važno je spomenuti da nije svaka suradnja uvijek uspješna. Postoji različiti čimbenici koji mogu dovesti do zapreka u suradnji, a to su: strukturalni, kulturalni i interpersonalni čimbenici. Čimbenike koji mogu dovesti do zapreka suradnje važno je prepoznati na vrijeme te bi ih i jedna i druga strana suradničkog odnosa trebale nastojati zajednički premostiti.
Abstract (english) Children were brought to kindergartens only for babysitting, in the past, so there was not much cooperation between families and kindergartens. However, when kindergartens became institutions for education of children, things have changed. Educators and other expert assistants advocated cooperation with parents and their involvment in the life of educational institution. Development of the society and the importance of early nurture of child's development have contributed to new approach, paradigm in understanding early education and parent-educator cooperation. Precisely because of that, cooperation between families and kindergartens began to develop more and more and it was focused on achieving common goal, which is welfare of the child. There are various ways of cooperation that educators use in their work: individual conversation, parents meeting, creative workshops, open week, parents corner. As technology continued to grow, educators began using some of the new ways of cooperation that were less used in the past , such as: social networks, applications for smartphones and websites of kindergartens. It is important to mention that not every cooperation is always successful. There are different factors that can lead to obstruction of cooperation , such as: structural, cultural and interpersonal factors. It is crucial to identify those factors on time and both sides of cooperational relationship should tend to overcome it together.
