... More kojima se njeguju kultura i tradicija određenih mjesta, a to su područja Požeško-slavonske, Sisačko-moslavačke, Bjelovarsko-bilogorske i zagrebačke županije. Za potrebe rada provedena je anketa kojom se utvrđene određene karakteristike ispitanika (spol, godine radnog staža, razina obrazovanja) . Ostala anketna pitanja odnose se ispitivanje prakse provedbe aktivnosti kojima se njeguju kultura i tradicija te na ispitivanje stava o tome koliko oni smatraju da je potrebno provoditi takve aktivnosti. Anketa se sastojala od 19 pitanja zatvorenog tipa te se provela na 30 ispitanika, 20 ženskih i 10 muških ispitanika. Analizom su se ovog anketnog upitnika dobili gotovo očekivani rezultati. Uglavnom se, kroz razne aktivnosti, u vrtićkim ustanovama na području navedene četiri županije njeguju kultura i tradicija. Odgojitelji pokušavaju približiti kulturu i tradiciju njihovog kraja djeci kroz razne igre, izrade igračaka i instrumenata i slično. Odgojitelji se također trude na što zanimljiviji način educirati djecu. Less Abstract (english) The nurturing of traditional cultural heritage is passed down from generation to generation through dance, music, stories, songs, counting, traditional games and similar. It can be said that nurturing cultural heritage greatly affects many areas of a child’s development – general culture, the aspect of socialization, the development of critical thinking (whether something is good or bad), imagination, creativity, philological development, and motor skills. More determine how much and in what way educators implement and support activities that nurture the culture and traditions of certain places, namely the areas of Požeško-slavonska, Sisačko-moslavačka, Bjelovarsko-bilogorska and Zagrebačka counties. The paper shows that the survey was conducted using the Google survey form, and the questions are initially based on years of experience, level of education and place of residence, and then relate to (non)implementation of activities that nurture culture and traditions and whether respondents think that it is necessary to carry out such activities or not. The survey consists of 19 questions with short answers (yes, no, partially) and was conducted on 30 respondents, 20 female and 10 male respondents. The analysis of this survey questionnaire yielded almost expected results. Mainly, through various activities, culture and tradition are nurtured in kindergarten institutions in the are of the four mentioned counties. Educators try to bring the culture and tradition of their region closer to children through various games, making toys and instruments and the like.
