Abstract
U ovom radu obrađena je tematika sporta, odnosno njegovog preoblikovanja kroz udruge i klubove u športska dionička društva na primjeru rukometa. Posljednjih godina taj trend preoblikovanja sve je veći jer to iziskuje hrvatski zakon kao i europske smjernice kada je riječ o sportu. Sport je nesumnjivo postao više od igre koja se prakticira u slobodno vrijeme ljudi. To je jedan od globalnih integrirajućih fenomena i interakcije između ljudi. Na temelju zakona o sportu Republike Hrvatske dat će se uvid u pravnu materiju ustroja klubova.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the topic of sport, its transformation through associations and clubs into sports joint stock companies on the example of handball. In recent years, this trend of reshaping has been increasing because it is required by Croatian law as well as European guidelines when it comes to sports. Sport has undoubtedly become more than a game practiced in people’s leisure time. It is one of the global integrating phenomena and interactions between people. Based on the Law on Sports of the Republic of Croatia, an insight into the legal matter of the organization of clubs will be given.
