Abstract
S obzirom da u današnje vrijeme postoji sve više studentskih poslova na tržištu, sve više poduzeća se fokusira na razvoj ljudskih potencijala koji će na temelju zaprimljenih životopisa odabrati ispravne zaposlenike. Poslodavci upravo zbog raznih beneficija i smanjenja obaveza prema svojim zaposlenicima zapošljavaju studente. U ovom radu se upravo proučava na koji način se odvija sama regrutacija zaposlenika i kako teče proces zapošljavanja. Jednako tako je za poduzeće bitno poznavati uvjete koji moraju biti poštovani da bi se zaposlili studenti prema jasno donesenom zakonu. Za potrebe izrade rada se provelo istraživanje među studentima u obliku ankete koje pokazuje kakva iskustva studenti imaju sa poslodavcima te uspijevaju li izvršavati svoje fakultetske obaveze sukladno poslovnim obavezama te su rezultati istraživanja prikazani i opisani u zadnjem djelu rada.
Abstract (english)
With more and more student jobs on the market these days, more and more companies are focusing on human resource development that will select the right employees based on the CVs they receive. Employers hire students precisely because of various benefits and reduced obligations to their employees. This paper examines how the recruitment of employees takes place and how the recruitment process works. It is also important for a company to know the conditions that must be met in order to hire students according to a clearly enacted law. For the purposes of writing, a survey was conducted among students in the form of a survey that shows what experiences students have with employers and whether they manage to fulfill their faculty obligations in accordance with business obligations and the results of the research are presented and described in the last part.
