Abstract
U radu je analiziran strateški menadžment u turizmu Republike Hrvatske. Zadatkom je trebalo analizirati dosadašnje stanje u turizmu Republike Hrvatske, način na koji se reagira na postojeće probleme u turizmu, te praćenje svjetskih trendova. Teorijska je analiza pokazala da Republika Hrvatska prati svjetske trendove, ali zbog investicijski loše klime, zaostaje u izgradnji nove infrastrukture koja će biti u službi ostvarivanja svjetskih trendova na razini Republike Hrvatske. Rezultati analize ukazuju da bi trebalo promijeniti zakonodavni okvir, a u svrhu povećavanja slobode privatnom kapitalu, a koji brže i učinkovitije kreira atraktivne turističke destinacije.
Abstract (english)
The paper analyzes the strategic management in tourism of the Republic of Croatia. The task was to analyze the current situation in tourism in the Republic of Croatia, the way in which it responds to existing problems in tourism, and to monitor world trends. Theoretical analysis has shown that the Republic of Croatia follows world trends, but due to the investment climate is bad, it lags behind in the construction of new infrastructure that will serve the realization of world trends at the level of the Republic of Croatia. The results of the analysis indicate that the legislative framework should be changed, in order to increase the freedom of private capital, which creates attractive tourist destinations faster and more efficiently.The paper analyzes
