Abstract
Motivacija zaposlenika nije samo područje psiholoških i socioloških problema rada i radnog ponašanja, nego je to ponašanje koje je usmjereno ka nekom cilju. Motivacija je ključna za sve uspjehe, ona motivira ljude i potiče ih da naprave nešto. Sustav motivacije je baziran na različitim oblicima nagrađivanja uspješnih zaposlenika. Isto tako postoje i razni oblici kažnjavanja za neodrađene poslove. Današnje motivacijske tehnike postaju nedovoljno fleksibilne, te konstantno treba razvijati i uvoditi nove. Nove tehnike će dovesti do veće motiviranosti i većih uspjeha, ali i većeg zadovoljstva kod ljudi. Bitno je stoga poznavati koje motivacijske tehnike i na koji način omogućuju izgradnju kvalitetnog motivacijskog sustava. Unutarnji psihički procesi potiču ljude na određene aktivnosti. Menadžeri tada trebaju shvatiti ljudsku složenost i osobnost. Veliku važnost u organizaciji ima kvalitetno razrađen sustav nagrađivanja kao i sustav motivacije zaposlenika. Oni obuhvaćaju ponašanje i analiziranje ljudskog ponašanja, te definiraju strategije za motivaciju.
Abstract (english)
Employee motivation is not just an area of psychological and sociological problems of work and work behavior, but it is a goal-oriented behavior. Motivation is key to all success, it motivates people and encourages them to do something. The motivation system is based on various forms of rewarding successful employees. There are also different forms of punishment for unfinished business. Today motivational techniques are becoming insufficiently flexible, and new ones need to be constantly developed and introduced. New tehniques will lead to greater satisfaction in people. It is therefore important to know which motivational tehniques and how they enable the construction of a quality motivational system. Interal mental processes encourage people to certaain activities. Managers then need to understand human complexity and personslity. Of great importance in the organization is a well-developed system that is rewared as well as a system of employee motivation. They encompass behavior and analyze human behavior, define strategies for motivation.
