Abstract
Cilj rada bio je proučiti i upoznati čimbenike koji utječu na korporacije i njihov glavni zadatak. Društvo kapitala je jedan od dva osnovna oblika poduzeća. Društvo kapitala osnivaju jedna ili više fizičkih i/ili pravnih osoba na način da formiraju kapital povezivanjem ili povezivanjem uloga. Korporacija ima vlastiti definirani dionički kapital. U društvu kapitala, za razliku od društva osoba, osoba ne snosi osobnu odgovornost članova, ali odgovaraju za obveze društva do razine svojih... More osnovnih funkcija. Abstract (english)
The aim of the final work was to study and be acquainted with the factors that affect capital companies and what is their primary task. A capital company is one of the two basic types of a company. One or more natural and / or legal persons in such a way that they form capital by connecting or pooling roles establish a capital company. A capital company has its own defined share capital.
