Abstract
Zakoni, društva, prava, odredbe, ustavi, sve navedene riječi mogu dovesti do pomutnje i dubokog razmišljanja kod ljudi koji nisu stručni za prethodno navedeno. Često zbog sitnica i nijansa u promjenama dolazi do kolapsa, ali i rapidnog uspjeha u pravno – poslovnom svijetu. Dugi, zamorni i konfuzni zakoni mogu se činiti beskrajni i nerazumljivi koliko god da se tumače, međutim bez njih ne bi bilo moguće funkcionirati, u običnom svijetu, a posebice za radnje koje su bez zakona nemoguće i neostvarljive. Dok u poslovnom svijetu imamo razne načine i ciljeve, društvo osoba glavnu bitku vodi u trgovačkom svijetu, a u njemu nalazi se između sraza trgovačkog društva osoba i trgovačkog društva kapitala.
Abstract (english)
Laws, societies, rights, regulations, constitutions, all of the above words can lead to confusion and deep thinking in people who are not experts in the above. Often, due to small things and nuances in changes, there is a collapse, but also rapid success in the legal - business world. Long, tedious and confusing laws may seem endless and incomprehensible no matter how they are interpreted, but without them it would not be possible to function, in the ordinary world, and especially for actions that are impossible and unattainable without the law. While in the business world we have various ways and goals, the society of persons leads the main battle in the trading world, and in it lies between the clash of the trading company of persons and the trading company of capital.
