Abstract
Digitalna transformacija predstavlja unaprjeđenje dosadašnjeg poslovanja, te se na taj način usavršavaju poslovni procesi i rezultati poduzeća. Cilj digitalne transformacije je poboljšanje poslovanja određenog poslovnog subjekta, uvođenje inovacija i kreativnosti, smanjenje troškova, a povećavanje prihoda, kao i poticanje značajne promjene u profesionalnom svijetu. U teorijskom dijelu rada objašnjeno je detaljnije što je organizacija, upravljanje, digitalna transformacija, kakav je princip rada, kakav utjecaj ima na poduzeće, te koje su koristi od nje. Pobliže je objašnjeno i elektroničko poslovanje, područja primjene, računalstvo u oblaku kao u primjeri poslovnih primjena računalstva u oblaku. Također su dani i primjeri digitalne transformacije u Republici Hrvatskoj, ali i izvan nje.
Abstract (english)
The digital transformation represents the improvement of the current business, and in that way the business processes and results of the company are improved. The goal of digital transformation is to improve the business of a particular business entity, introduce innovation and creativity, reduce costs, and increase revenue, as well as encourage significant change in the professional world. The theoretical part of the document explains in more detail what is organization, management, digital transformation, what is the principle of work, what impact it has on the company, and what are the benefits of it. Electronic business, areas of application, cloud computing as in the example of business applications of cloud computing are also explained in more detail. Examples of digital transformation in the Republic of Croatia, but also abroad, are also given.
