Abstract
Tema diplomskog rada je Konstruiranje i proračun dizalice motocikla. U radu je konstruirana naprava za odvajanje motocikla od kontaktne podloge, kako bi se omogućio rad na motociklu u zatvorenim, poluotvorenim i otvorenim prostorijama, sa detaljno razrađenim traženim proračunima kako bi rukovanje istom bilo u zahtijevanim granicama sigurnosti. Konstrukcija se lako rasklapa u transportnu izvedbu te tako svoju primjenu pronalazi i na trkaćim stazama. Također je objašnjen i princip modularnog projektiranja kako bi ova dizalica bila više namjenska tj. odgovarala za više različitih tipova motocikla. Opisani su svi dijelovi od kojih je dizalica izrađena, materijali koji su se koristili prilikom izrade, te načini međusobnog povezivanja pojedinih elemenata u podsklopove i na kraju u funkcionalnu cjelinu, kako bi se tražena zadaća od konstrukcije obavljala sigurno i kvalitetno. U procesu razrade korištene su stručne literature, i postojeća rješenja.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the thesis is the design and calculation of a motorcycle crane. The paper constructs a device for separating the motorcycle from the contact surface, in order to enable work on the motorcycle in closed, semi-open and open spaces, with detailed required calculations to handle it within the required safety limits. The construction is easily disassembled into a transport version and thus finds its application on racetracks. The principle of modular design was also explained so that this crane would be more dedicated, is suitable for several different types of motorcycles. All the parts from which this lifter is made, the materials used during the construction, and the ways of interconnecting individual elements into subassemblies and finally into a functional whole are described, in order to perform the required task of construction safely and efficiently. Professional literature and existing solutions were used in the elaboration process.
