Abstract
Organizacija predstavlja strukturu ljudi koji zajednički rade kako bi ostvarili ciljeve. Upravljanje radom unutar organizacije se sastoji od nekoliko faza, a upravljanje radom započinje s fazom inicijacije gdje se odobrava pokretanje projekata. Nakon što je projekt odobren započinje se s fazom planiranja projekta, a zatim i provedbom projekta. Za vrijeme provođenja projekta potrebno je pratiti projekt kroz fazu kontrole, a zatim i kompletirati projekt u fazi zatvaranja. Za upravljanje radom... More unutar organizacije od velike je važnosti timski rad jer nije moguće kvalitetno upravljati radom ukoliko zaposlenici ne surađuju i ne poštuju se međusobno. Upravljanje radom se sastoji od planiranja, organiziranja, upravljanja ljudskim resursima, vođenja i kontrole. Primjer dobre prakse upravljanja radom unutar organizacije je kompare.hr koji posluje na području Republike Hrvatske. U kompare.hr korisnici samostalno odlaze na mrežne stranice gdje biraju koje ih usluge zanimaju, a zatim agenti dogovaraju s korisnicima najoptimalnije rješenje. Glavni razlozi kvalitetnog upravljanja radom unutar kompare.hr su poticanje timskog rada, fleksibilnost u poslovanju, bonusi i uključenost svih zaposlenika u rješavanju problema i donošenja odluka. Abstract (english)
An organization represents a structure of people working together to achieve goals. Managing work within an organization consists of several phases, and work management begins with the initiation phase where projects are approved. After the project is approved, the project planning phase begins, followed by project implementation. During the execution of the project, it is necessary to monitor the project through the control phase and then conclude the project in the closing phase.... More Teamwork is of great importance for managing work within an organization, because it is not possible to manage work effectively if employees do not cooperate and respect each other. Work management consists of planning, organizing, human resource management, leadership, and control. An example of good work management practice within an organization is kompare.hr, which operates in the Republic of Croatia. At kompare.hr, users independently visit the website where they choose the services they are interested in, and then agents arrange the most optimal solution with the users. The main reasons for quality work management at kompare.hr are promoting teamwork, business flexibility, bonuses, and the involvement of all employees in problem-solving and decision-making. Less
