Abstract
Digitalno bankarstvo predstavlja ključnu inovaciju u suvremenom financijskom sektoru, omogućavajući korisnicima pristup bankarskim uslugama putem interneta i mobilnih uređaja. Razvoj digitalnog bankarstva potaknut je promjenama u korisničkim navikama, tehnološkim inovacijama i potrebom za sigurnim i praktičnim rješenjima. Ključni elementi digitalnog bankarstva uključuju mobilne aplikacije, sigurnosne značajke, regulatorne smjernice, suradnju između bankarskih institucija i tehnoloških tvrtki te potrebu za kontinuiranim prilagodbama i inovacijama. Razvoj digitalnog bankarstva transformirao je način na koji ljudi obavljaju svoje financijske transakcije i upravljaju svojim sredstvima. Korisnici više nisu ograničeni na posjet bankovnim poslovnicama ili čekanje u redovima, već mogu pristupiti svojim računima i obaviti transakcije bilo kada i bilo gdje putem interneta ili mobilnih uređaja. Osim toga, digitalno bankarstvo omogućava korisnicima pristup raznim bankarskim uslugama, poput plaćanja računa, prijenosa sredstava, upravljanja ulaganjima i praćenja financijskih transakcija, sve to na jednostavan i intuitivan način. Ova fleksibilnost i praktičnost ključni su faktori koji su doprinijeli popularnosti digitalnog bankarstva među korisnicima diljem svijeta.
Abstract (english)
Digital banking represents a key innovation in the contemporary financial sector, enabling users to access banking services via the internet and mobile devices. The development of digital banking has been driven by changes in user habits, technological innovations, and the need for secure and convenient solutions. Key elements of digital banking include mobile applications, security features, regulatory guidelines, collaboration between banking institutions and technology companies, and the need for continuous adaptation and innovation. The evolution of digital banking has transformed the way people conduct their financial transactions and manage their assets. Users are no longer limited to visiting bank branches or waiting in lines; instead, they can access their accounts and perform transactions anytime, anywhere via the internet or mobile devices. Moreover, digital banking provides users with access to various banking services, such as bill payments, fund transfers, investment management, and tracking financial transactions, all in a simple and intuitive manner. This flexibility and convenience are key factors contributing to the popularity of digital banking among users worldwide.
