Abstract
Prilike i mogućnosti mladih u poduzetništvu u Republici Hrvatskoj tema su ovog rada koji analizira ključne faktore koji utječu na ulazak mladih u poduzetničke vode. Istraživanje je provedeno metodom anketiranja na uzorku od 128 ispitanika. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da većina mladih razmišlja o pokretanju vlastitog poduzeća, no suočavaju se s brojnim preprekama. Glavni motivi za ulazak u poduzetništvo su želja za ostvarivanjem financijske dobiti i iskorištavanje vlastitog potencijala. Mnogi mladi također žele doprinijeti stvaranju novih radnih mjesta. Međutim, administrativne prepreke i manjak podrške države značajno otežavaju ovaj proces. Iako su mladi zadovoljni životom u Hrvatskoj, smatraju da država ne pruža dovoljno informacija i podrške za razvoj poduzetništva. Unatoč spremnosti da ulože vrijeme i novac, mladi nisu dovoljno uključeni u poduzetničke aktivnosti, što ukazuje na potrebu za boljom institucionalnom podrškom i informiranjem.
Abstract (english)
Opportunities and possibilities for young people in entrepreneurship in the Republic of Croatia are the subject of this paper, which analyzes the key factors influencing the entry of young people into entrepreneurial ventures. The research was conducted through a survey with a sample of 128 respondents. The findings indicate that most young people consider starting their own business but face numerous obstacles. The main motivations for entering entrepreneurship are the desire to achieve financial gain and to utilize their potential. Many young people also aim to contribute to the creation of new jobs. However, administrative barriers and lack of state support significantly hinder this process. Although young people are satisfied with life in Croatia, they believe that the state does not provide sufficient information and support for the development of entrepreneurship. Despite their willingness to invest time and money, young people are not sufficiently involved in entrepreneurial activities, indicating a need for better institutional support and information.
