Abstract
U ovom radu analizirani su ključni aspekti menadžmenta u sportu s naglaskom na promociju sportskih proizvoda i usluga te na potrošače koji prakticiraju zdrav način života. Rad obrađuje specifičnosti sportskog menadžmenta, uključujući različite razine menadžerskih funkcija i njihove odgovornosti u sportskim organizacijama. Također, detaljno su prikazane vrste sportskih proizvoda te njihova promocija, s posebnim fokusom na natjecateljski sport i sportske priredbe. Analizirane su razlike u preprekama koje ometaju healthy lifestyle među sportskim potrošačima, s ciljem identificiranja ključnih izazova i potencijalnih rješenja. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju na važnost menadžerskog pristupa i strategija u prevladavanju tih prepreka te osiguravanju dugoročne održivosti zdravog načina života u sportskom kontekstu.
Abstract (english)
The thesis analyzes key aspects of sports management with a focus on the promotion of sports products and services, as well as consumers who practice a healthy lifestyle. The paper addresses the specificities of sports management, including the various levels of managerial functions and their responsibilities within sports organizations. Additionally, the types of sports products and their promotion are thoroughly examined, with a special emphasis on competitive sports and sporting events. The differences in barriers that hinder the adoption of a healthy lifestyle among sports consumers are analyzed, with the aim of identifying key challenges and potential solutions. The research results highlight the importance of managerial approaches and strategies in overcoming these barriers and ensuring the long-term sustainability of a healthy lifestyle within the sports context.
