Abstract
Ovim diplomskim radom obrađena je analiza sustava upravljanja kvalitetom u proizvodnji furnira. Rad je strukturiran u dva dijela, teoretski i praktični dio. Teoretski dio obrađuje općenito pojam kvalitete, kontroli, upravljanju i osiguranju kvalitete. Praktični dio govori o postupku proizvodnje furnira, prateći ga od ulaska sirovine u tvornicu do finalnog proizvoda popraćen slikama i dokumentima. Nadalje se provodi analiza samog sustava kontrole kvalitete u proizvodnji furnira. Opisuje se postupak kontrole kvalitete za svaki korak u proizvodnji furnira, te upravljanje nesukladnosti i internom auditu na konkretnim primjerima
Abstract (english)
This thesis presents an analysis of the quality management system in wood veneer manufacturing. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part covers the general concept of quality, including quality control, management, and assurance. The practical part discusses the veneer production process, following it from the entry of raw materials into the factory to the final product, accompanied by images and documents. Furthermore, the thesis conducts an analysis of the quality control system specifically in veneer production. It describes the quality control procedures for each step in the production process, as well as the management of non-conformities and internal audits with concrete examples.
