Abstract
Nadređeni su ti koji daju inspiraciju nasljednicima kako bi pružili svoj maksimum i ostvarili organizacijske ciljeve, oni su ti koji šalju jasnu poruku svim članovima organizacije, te kroz inovativno i kreativno vodstvo doprinose uspješnosti zaposlenika. Inovacije zahtijevaju od lidera i posjedovanje različitih vještina i znanja, poput motiviranja zaposlenika, izgradnje organizacijske klime, stvaranje povjerenja. Svrha ovog završnog rada je upoznati se sa kreativnim i inovativnim poslovnim subjektom, ali i takvim zaposlenicima. U teorijskom dijelu rada objašnjeno je detaljnije što je organizacija, kreativnost općenito i kreativnost kao važan segment u poslovanju, inovativnost, moderna tehnologija, kakav utjecaj imaju vođe na podređene i na poduzeće, te koje su koristi od njih. Pobliže je objašnjen i utjecaj zaposlenika na poslovanje i prihod, te su dani i primjeri idealnog radnika i poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
Superiors are the ones who inspire successors to give their best and achieve organizational goals, they are the ones who send a clear message to all members of the organization, and through innovative and creative leadership they contribute to the success of employees. Innovations require the leader to possess various skills and knowledge, such as motivating employees, building an organizational climate, and creating a committee. The purpose of this final work is to get to know a creative and innovative business entity, as well as such employees. In the theoretical part of the work, it is explained in more detail what organization is, creativity in general and creativity as an important segment in business, innovation, modern technology, what influence leaders have on subordinates and on the company, and what is used by them. The impact of employees on business and income is explained in more detail, and examples of the ideal employee and business are given.
