Abstract
Digitalne kompetencije postale su središnja tema u suvremenom obrazovanju, reflektirajući sve veći utjecaj tehnologije na način na koji učimo, poučavamo i sudjelujemo u društvu. One su ključne za uspješno vođenje djece kroz digitalnu eru, gdje se tehnologija koristi kao alat za poticanje interaktivnog, kreativnog i prilagođenog obrazovanja. Zahtijevaju značajno drugačiji skup vještina i kompetencija kako bi se efikasno funkcioniralo na poslu i odgovorilo na zahtjeve 21. stoljeća. Stoga su potrebne nove kompetencije i vještine za pristupanje, procjenu i organiziranje informacija u digitalnim okruženjima, kao i novo znanje za stvaranje novih ideja. Digitalne tehnologije mogu pomoći odgojiteljima, učiteljima, vrtićima i školama u distribuciji informacija i poboljšanju komunikacije s djecom, roditeljima, kolegama i trećim stranama. Digitalne kompetencije u obrazovanju postaju sve važnije kako tehnologija sve više prožima naše društvo i utječe na način kako učimo i poučavamo.
Abstract (english)
Digital competences have become a central theme in modern education, reflecting the increasing influence of technology on the way we learn, teach and participate in society. They are the key to successfully guiding children through the digital era, where technology is used as a tool to encourage interactive, creative and customized education. They require a significantly different set of skills and competencies in order to function effectively at work and respond to the demands of the 21st century. Therefore, new competencies and skills are needed to access, evaluate and organize information in digital environments, as well as new knowledge to generate new ideas. Digital technologies can help educators, teachers, kindergartens and schools to distribute information and improve communication with students, parents, colleagues and third parties. Digital competences in education are becoming more and more important as technology increasingly permeates our society and affects the way we learn and teach.
