Abstract
U uvodu diplomskog rada opisani su pojedini hibridni postupci zavarivanja, zašto se oni koriste i koje su njihove prednosti i mane. U trećem poglavlju je opisan MIG postupak zavarivanja, oprema koja je potrebna za MIG postupak zavarivanja, prednosti i mane ovog postupka, gdje se koristi ovaj postupak. U četvrtom poglavlju je opisan TIG postupak zavarivanja, oprema koja je potrebna za TIG postupak zavarivanja, prednosti i mane ovog postupka, gdje se koristi ovaj postupak. U petom poglavlju je opisan TIG+MIG hibridni postupak zavarivanja, prednosti i mane ovog hibridnog postupka i parametri koji su važni za ovaj postupak zavarivanja. U šestom poglavlju je napravljen eksperiment, kombinacijom TIG+MIG postupaka zavarivanja navarivan je konstrukcijski čelik, prikazani su rezultati ZUT i ZT, prikazana je tvrdoća na pojedinim dijelovima ispitnih rezultata i prikazan je postotak delta ferita u ispitnim uzorcima.
Abstract (english)
The introduction of the thesis describes various hybrid welding processes, why they are used, and their advantages and disadvantages. Chapter three discusses the MIG welding process, the equipment required for MIG welding, the advantages and disadvantages of this process, and its applications. Chapter four describes the TIG welding process, the equipment required for TIG welding, the advantages and disadvantages of this process, and its applications. Chapter five describes the TIG+MIG hybrid welding process, the advantages and disadvantages of this hybrid process, and the parameters important for this welding process. Chapter six presents an experiment where structural steel was welded using a combination of TIG and MIG welding processes. The results of Heat Affected Zone (HAZ) and Fusion Zone (FZ), hardness at specific parts of the test results, and the percentage of delta ferrite in the test samples are shown.
