Abstract
U ovom radu planirane su i odabrane proizvodne aktivnosti za izradu segmenta pužnice tzv. pužnog tlačnog vijka, koji se koristi u pužnim prešama za ekstrakciju suncokretovog ulja. Specifična geometrija i teški uvjeti rada u kojima se nalaze pužni vijci predstavljaju velik izazov u odabiru materijala i primjeni postupaka obrade. Cilj ovog rada je primijeniti raspoložive informacije i resurse te na osnovu njih kreirati cjelokupnu tehnološku dokumentaciju za velikoserijsku proizvodnju pužnih tlačnih vijaka
Abstract (english)
In this paper, production activities are planned and selected to produce the screw press segment, the so-called pressure screw, which is used in screw presses for extraction of sunflower oil. The specific geometry and difficult operating conditions in which pressure screws are found represent a great challenge in the selection of materials and the application of machining procedures. The goal of this paper is to apply the information and resources available and based on them, create the entire technological documentation for the large-scale production of pressure screws.
