Abstract
Menadžment ljudskih potencijal je jako važan za ostvarenje učinkovitost u radu poduzeće stoga moderni menadžment u 21. stoljeću proučava ponašanje čovjeka na radu kako bi se iz njega izvukao maksimum u ostvarivanju ciljeva. Menadžment ljudskih potencijala definira čovjeka kao najvažniji i najbogatiji ljudski resurs. Upravljanje ljudskim resursima postaje danas sve zahtjevnije a i menadžment razvija nove metode kako bi mjerio uspješnost svojih zaposlenika. Da bi zaposlenik postao više učinkovit u uspješan , menadžer mora razvijati radnu klimu na poslu i povremeno nagrađivati radnika za dobro obavljen posao . Stoga važno je znati koji čimbenici motiviraju radnika. Cilj ovog rada je pokazati kako motivacija ima direktnu povezanost s uspješnošću i produktivnosti pojedinca te kako jedino kombinacijom materijalnih i nematerijalnih kompenzacija možemo dosegnuti trajnu motiviranost koja će potaknuti radnike na napredak u karijeri.
Abstract (english)
Human resource management is very important for achieving efficiency in the work of the company, so modern management in the 21st century studies the behavior of man at work in order to get the most out of it in achieving goals. Human resource management defines man as the most important and richest human resource. Human resource management is becoming increasingly demanding today and management is developing new methods to measurethe performance of its employees. In order for anemployee to become more efficient and successful, the manager must develop a workclimate at work and periodically reward the employee for a job well done. Therefore, it is important to know what factors motivate the worker. The aimofthispaperis to show how motivation has a direct relationship with the success and productivity of the individual and how only a combination of tangible and intangible compensation can achieve lasting motivation that will encourage workers to advance in their careers.
