Abstract
U radu se govori o važnosti edukacije u poduzeću, obuci (treningu) i razvoju karijere koja zauzima sve značajniju ulogu u suvremenim organizacijama. Zaposlenici su temelj konkurentnosti poduzeća, jer svojim radom unapređuju poslovne procese i razvijaju nove proizvode i usluge. Kako bi mogli svakodnevno stvarati novi intelektualni kapital moraju se svakodnevno educirati, trenirati i razvijati znanja i vještine. Suvremene organizacije se sve više bave razvojem ljudskih potencijala u poduzeću i razvojem karijere zaposlenika kako bi dobile što kvalitetnije ljudske resurse. U radu su analizirani podaci o edukaciji, obuci i razvoju karijere u tri različita poduzeća. Za prikupljanje podataka korištena je anketa koja je poslana na e-mail adrese zaposlenika ta tri poduzeća, te su podaci kasnije analizirani i uvršteni u završni rad.
Abstract (english)
This thesis discusses the importance of education in the company, training and career development, which is playing an increasingly important role in modern organizations. Employees are the foundation of a company's competitiveness, because their work improves business processes and develops new products and services. In order to be able to create new intellectual capital on a daily basis, they must be educated, trained and develop knowledge and skills on a daily basis. Modern organizations are increasingly engaged in the development of human resources in the company and the development of the career of employees in order to obtain the highest quality human resources. The paper analyzes data on education, training and career development in three different companies. A survey was used to collect data, which was sent to the e-mail addresses of employees of the three companies, and the data were later analyzed and included in the final paper.
