Documenting the learning process of children during project activities is important for understanding their development and achievements. This process includes collecting, analyzing and recording information about how children acquire knowledge, skills and experiences while participating in projects. Through regular recording and monitoring of children's activities and achievements during the project, it is possible to better understand how children's competencies develop. By analyzing documented learning data, the pedagogical approach can be adjusted to better meet the needs of children and encourage their further learning. By monitoring the children's learning process, the effectiveness of the project itself can be assessed and aspects that require improvement can be identified. Documented data can be useful for communicating with parents to share information about their children's progress. Methods of documenting children's learning processes may include notes, diaries, videos, photographs, portfolios, and conversations with children. It is important to ensure that documentation is systematic and consistent in order to provide reliable information about children's learning during project activities. The goal of the research was to determine the frequency of using different forms of documenting children's learning in projects from the perspective of educators. The results of the research showed that educators use various forms of documentation depending on their preference and the availability of aids, and that they develop children's project-based learning through documentation.
