Abstract
Rad pod naslovom Preferencije kupaca u sektoru maloprodaje usmjeren je preferencije pripadnika generacije Z. Ciljevi rada jesu, osim teorijskih određenja, opisati dosadašnja istraživanja preferencija kupaca u maloprodaji te ispitati preferencije na prigodnom uzorku. Ovaj je način odabran kako bi se dao doprinos proučavanju preferencija kupaca u suvremenom poslovanju i trgovini. Također, ovim se rezultatima nastoji pokazati kako je kod istraživanja pratiti pripadnost određenoj generaciji, dobi, mjestu stanovanja te korištenju tehnologije. Za sam rad je bilo važno odrediti pojmove kupac i potrošač te zadovoljstvo i preferencije. Teorijska određenja tako su postavila temelj istraživanju. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 36 ispitanika. Svi su ispitanici studenti te studiraju u Osijeku, Slavonskom Brodu ili Vukovaru. Rezultati pokazuju kako su najvažnije odrednice u preferencijama blizina trgovačkog lanca, asortiman proizvoda te raspon cijena.
Abstract (english)
The work entitled as Customer preferences in the retail sector focuses on the preferences of members of generation Z. The goals of the work are, in addition to theoretical determinations, to describe previous research on customer preferences in retail and to examine preferences on a convenient sample. This method was chosen to contribute to the study of customer preferences in modern business and commerce. Also, these results try to show how it is in research to monitor belonging to a certain generation, age, place of residence and the use of technology. For the work itself, it was important to define the terms customer and consumer, as well as satisfaction and preferences. Theoretical determinations thus laid the foundation for the research. 36 respondents participated in the research. All respondents are students and study in Osijek, Slavonski Brod or Vukovar.
