Abstract Zadatak ovog diplomskog rada je kontrola kvalitete mobilne klaonice.
U uvodnom dijelu opisana je povijest kontrole kvalitete, najutjecajnije osobe moderne kvalitete, općenito o suvremenoj kontroli kvalitete, kako se provodi, te njezine prednosti i nedostaci. Rad isto tako obuhvaća povijest mobilnih klaonica i neke od primjera u svijetu. Govori o koracima za odobrenje objekta, te opisuje proizvod i princip rada.
Mobilna klaonica je proizvod namijenjen za klanje goveda i svinja, a koristi se kako bi se smanjili nepotrebni troškovi koje poljoprivrednik mora uložiti u klanje i za dobrobit životinja. To je u suštini klaonica koja se postavlja na kamion, te se prevozi na željeno mjesto.
Opremljena je boksom za omamljivanje i hladnjačom za meso, za hlađenje mesa i do 24 sata. Prostor iznad hladnjače koristi se kao ured i prostor za presvlačenje radnika. Također, klaonica ima ugrađenu dizalicu potrebnu za podizanje životinja, koja može podići i do 2 tone. Na klaonicu su postavljena ulazna dvokrilna vrata za ulazak životinje, dvoja jednokrilna vrata na bočnim stranama za ulazak osoblja, te posebna vrata s panelima za hladnjaču. Za bolje osvjetljenje, ugrađeni su prozori i rasvjeta.
Također, obrađuje se tema kontrole kvalitete mobilne klaonice. Neki od koraka kontrole kvalitete su provjera zadanih mjera kupca, ispravno postavljeni paneli i lajsne u hladnjači, vodonepropusnost kanala u podu klaonice i posebna kontrola kvalitete dizalice nakon montiranja klaonice.
Abstract (english) The task of this thesis is the quality control of a mobile abattoir.
The introductory part describes the history of quality control, the most influential people of modern quality, generally about modern quality control, how it is implemented, and its advantages and disadvantages. The thesis also covers the history of mobile slaughterhouses and some of the examples in the world. It talks about the steps for facility approval, and describes the product and the principle of operation.
The mobile slaughterhouse is a product intended for slaughtering cattle and pigs, and it is used to reduce the unnecessary costs that the farmer has to invest in slaughtering and for the welfare of the animals. It is essentially a slaughterhouse that is placed on a truck and transported to the desired location.
It is equipped with a stunning box and a meat cooler, for cooling meat for up to 24 hours. The space above the refrigerator is used as an office and a place for workers to change clothes. Also, the slaughterhouse has a built-in crane necessary for lifting animals, which can lift up to 2 tons. The slaughterhouse is equipped with double entrance doors for animal entry, two single doors on the sides for staff entry, and a special door with panels for the meat cooler. For better lighting, windows and lighting have been installed.
Also, the topic of mobile slaughterhouse quality control is discussed. Some of the quality control steps are checking the customer's given measurements, correctly installed panels and moldings in the cold room, waterproofing of the drain in the floor of the slaughterhouse and a special quality control of the crane after the assembly of the slaughterhouse.
