Abstract
U radu su analizirani postupci proizvodnje metalnih mjehova. Različitim pristupima oblikovanju mjehova ostvaruju se različita proizvodna vremena te različite mehaničke osobine. Zadatkom je trebalo usporediti prednosti i mane predstavljenih postupaka te utvrditi njihov utjecaj na konstrukciju mijeha. Krutost mijeha je mjerena pri negativnom pomaku (kompresija), pokazana je usporedba računske i stvarne krutosti. Analiza je pokazala da je stvarna krutost za 16,85 % odnosno 18,14 % manja od računske krutosti što je unutar normom predviđene vrijednosti od ± 30 %. Rezultati ukazuju na to da je potrebno obratiti pažnju na izbor postupka oblikovanja kako bi se zadovoljili konstrukcijski zahtjevi zbog posljedica koje različita deformacija lima ima na metalni mijeh, kao i ekonomski zahtjevi zbog količine proizvoda.
Abstract (english)
The paper analyses processes of manufacturing metal bellows. Different production time and different mechanical properties are accomplished by selecting different approaches in bellows forming. The task is supposed to compare advantages and disadvantages of presented technological processes as well as to identify their influence on bellows construction. Spring rate of bellows is measured in compression only, comparison of calculated and actual spring rate is displayed. Analysis has shown that actual spring rate is 16,85 % i.e. 18,14 % smaller than calculated one, which is within the allowed 30 % specified in standard. Results indicate that it is necessary to take special care on choosing the forming process in order to fulfil construction requirements due to effect that different deformation has on metal bellows, along with the economic requirements due to quantity of products.
