Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je analiza korozijske otpornosti zavarenih spojeva od raznorodnih materijala. Početak rada daje kratak uvid u postupak zavarivanja, zavarljivost materijala i podjelu postupaka zavarivanja. Daljnji dio rada bavi se zavarivanjem raznorodnih materijala, navedeni su materijali koji mogu sudjelovati u spojevima nastalim zavarivanjem i čimbenici koje je potrebno uzeti u obzir kod zavarivanja raznorodnih materijala. Zatim je opisana korozija u zavarenim spojevima, navedeni su uzroci nastanka korozije, metode kojima je moguće smanjiti koroziju u zavarenim spojevima te su opisane vrste korozije u zavarenim spojevima. Završni dio rada usmjeren je na primjere u kojima se ispituje i analizira korozijska otpornost zavarenih spojeva od dvaju raznorodnih materijala. Nakon provedenih ispitivanja i analiziranjem dobivenih rezultata doneseni su zaključci o otpornosti navedenih spojeva prema koroziji.
Abstract (english)
This bachelor's thesis investigates the corrosion resistance of welded joints from dissimilar materials. The initial sections provide a concise overview of the welding process, material weldability, and classification of welding processes. Subsequently, the thesis delves into the welding of dissimilar materials, encompassing a comprehensive list of materials involved in the joints formed during welding, along with critical considerations when welding dissimilar materials. Furthermore, the thesis explores corrosion phenomena in welded joints, including an examination of corrosion causes, techniques to mitigate corrosion in welded joints, and a categorization of corrosion types prevalent in such joints. The final section focuses on practical examples that involve testing and analysis of the corrosion resistance exhibited by welded joints formed from two dissimilar materials. Based on the results obtained from these tests and subsequent analysis, the thesis draws conclusions regarding the corrosion resistance of these specific joints.
