Abstract
Ovaj rad tematizira efektivnu poslovnu komunikaciju u poduzeću kao ključni faktor uspjeha organizacija u današnjem poslovnom okruženju. Komunikacija ima važnu ulogu u ostvarivanju poslovnih ciljeva, izgradnji produktivnih timova, održavanju kvalitetnih odnosa s klijentima te poboljšanju ukupne poslovne učinkovitosti. Rad se bavi istraživanjem različitih aspekata poslovne komunikacije, uključujući komunikacijske vještine, interakcijske procese, motivaciju suradnika, sučeljavanje s konfliktima te oblikovanje sadržaja komunikacije. Prikupljeni podaci i analize dosadašnjih istraživanja ukazuju na ključne čimbenike uspješne poslovne komunikacije, kao i na izazove s kojima se organizacije susreću u tom području. U zaključku rada ističe se važnost kontinuiranog razvoja komunikacijskih vještina menadžera i primjene strategija koje podržavaju efektivnu poslovnu komunikaciju.
Abstract (english)
This paper focuses on effective business communication in organizations as a key driver of success in today's business environment. Communication plays a vital role in achieving business goals, building productive teams, maintaining quality relationships with clients, and improving overall business performance. The paper explores various aspects of business communication, including communication skills, interactive processes, employee motivation, conflict resolution, and content shaping. The gathered data and analysis of previous research highlight the key factors of successful business communication, as well as the challenges that organizations face in this area. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of continuous development of managerial communication skills and the implementation of strategies that support effective business communication.
