Abstract
Velika je važnost web trgovine u današnje vrijeme. Ovaj rad daje uvid u to kako web trgovina funkcionira, kako se kroz vrijeme razvijala i kakva su razmišljanja ljudi o njoj. Navode se vrste web trgovine koje postoje, njihove značajke i razlike. Za potrebe rada izrađena je anketa koja je saznala ponašanje ispitanika u online trgovini. Navode se načini kako ljudi reagiraju u situaciji kada smatraju da postoji velik rizik ili kad se osjećaju prevareno. Ljudi imaju određene kriterije koje bi trebalo ispuniti kako bi bili zadovoljni odrađenom kupnjom.
Abstract (english)
There is a big importance of web trade in today's age. This thesis gives insight in the ways the web trading works, the way it has developed through the years and what people think about it. The types of online trading, their characteristics and their differences will be specified in this thesis. For this thesis one survey was created which found out about the way people act during online trading. The survey shows ways in which people react in case they think there is a big ris kor when they feel cheated. People have certain criteria that should be fulfilled so that people would be seatisfied after completing a purchase
