Abstract
Na području grada Slavonskog Broda održavaju se različite manifestacije turističkog karaktera čija su polaznica susreti motoriziranih turista. Među njima se, kao jedna od značajnih, mogu izdvojiti Međunarodni susreti starodobnih vozila. U ovom je radu analiziran prošlogodišnji Susret, i to na način da je provedena analiza marketing elementa, uključujući i fiksne i opcijalne elemente marketing miksa. Također je provedena SWOT analiza Susreta, u okviru koje su se unutarnje snage i slabosti usporedile s prilikama i prijetnjama iz okolnog područja. U zaključnim razmatranjima, a temeljem provedenog istraživanja, utvrđeno je da su Susreti perspektivno događanje u turističkom smislu te da bi iskorištavanje dobrih prilika iz okoline za sigurno moglo doprinijeti boljem pozicioniranju grada Slavonskog Broda na turističkim tržištima te unaprjeđenju tzv. „turizma događanja“ na njegovom području.
Abstract (english)
Various events with the tourist character and meetings of motorized tourists as the starting point, are held in the area of the city of Slavonski Brod. Among them, the International Meetings of Vintage Vehicles can be singled out as one of the significant ones. In this paper, last year's Meeting was analyzed, in such a way that the analysis of the marketing element, including fixed and optional elements of the marketing mix, was carried out. The SWOT analysis of the meeting was also performed, in which internal strengths and weaknesses were compared with opportunities and threats from the surrounding area. In the final considerations, and based on the conducted research, it was determined that the Meetings are a prospective event in terms of tourism and that taking advantage of good opportunities from the surrounding area could certainly contribute to a better positioning of the city of Slavonski Brod on the tourist markets and to the improvement of the so-called "event tourism" in its area.
