Abstract
Tradicionalni način poslovanja tražio je od korisnika bankarskih usluga fizičku prisutnost u poslovnici. Pojavom interneta kako bi zadržale postojeće klijente i osvojili tržište banke su se morale prilagoditi tehnologiji i omogućiti klijentima korištenje računa putem platformi internet bankarstva ,a kasnije i mobilnog bankarstva. Banke su smanjile gužve po poslovnicama, a samim time i optimizirali troškove dok su klijenti dobili mogućnost plaćanja računa, ugovaranja različitih proizvoda, kupovinu GSM bonova, čak i ugovaranje kredita bez odlaska u banku iz udobnosti svoga doma. Koliko je tehnologija uznapredovala danas postoje virtualne banke koje svoje poslovanje pružaju isključivo putem interneta.
Abstract (english)
Traditional way of doing business in banks sought from their users physical presence. With the appearance of the Internet, banks needed to adjust and to enable their clients usage of their accounts vie e-banking and mobile banking. This way they would keep their clients and conquer the market. Therefore, banks decreased big crowds in offices and also minimize expenses while the clients got the posibility of paying their bills, making different deals, buying mobile vouchers, and even getting loans from the safety of their homes. Best example of how much technology has advanced is that there are virtual banks that are doing business only via Internet.
