Abstract Projektno učenje je metodologija koja potiče djecu da aktivno sudjeluju u učenju kroz stvaranje projekata koji su povezani s njihovim interesima, vještinama i iskustvima. Odgojitelj ima zadaću osmisliti, organizirati i voditi projektno učenje te pružati podršku djeci u svakoj fazi projekta. Odgojitelj treba pratiti djecu i otkriti njihove interese, vještine i potrebe, planirati raspored aktivnosti, potreban materijal i resurse, te pratiti napredak projekta i pružati im povratne informacije koje će im pomoći da poboljšaju svoj rad. Odgojitelj treba biti podrška djeci u svakoj fazi projekta. Treba im pružiti mentorstvo, pomoć i inspiraciju kako bi ostvarili svoje ciljeve. Također treba biti otvoren za pitanja i rasprave te pomoći djeci da razviju svoje kritičko mišljenje. Nakon završetka projekta, odgojitelj treba procijeniti uspješnost projekta i pružiti povratne informacije djeci o njihovom radu. Također može koristiti ovu priliku za promišljanje o načinima na koje bi mogao poboljšati svoj rad u budućim projektima. Uloga odgojitelja u projektnom učenju djece zahtijeva znanje, strpljenje, fleksibilnost i sposobnost prilagođavanja individualnim potrebama djece. Cilj istraživanja je ispitati mišljenje odgojitelja o njihovoj ulozi tijekom projektnog učenja djece. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su ulogu odgojitelja iz njihove perspektive u izboru teme projekta, organiziranja prostorno-materijalnog okruženja, poticanja rasprave i istraživanja te praćenja, promatranja, dokumentiranja i evaluacije procesa učenja djece.
Abstract (english) Project-based learning is a methodology that encourages children to actively participate in learning through the creation of projects that are related to their interests, skills and experiences. The educator has the task of designing, organizing and leading project-based learning and providing support to children in every phase of the project. The educator should follow the children and discover their interests, skills and needs, plan the schedule of activities, the necessary materials and resources, and monitor the progress of the project and provide them with feedback that will help them improve their work. The educator should support the children in every phase of the project. They should be mentored, helped and inspired to achieve their goals. It should also be open to questions and discussions and help children develop their critical thinking. After the completion of the project, the educator should evaluate the success of the project and provide feedback to the children about their work. He can also use this opportunity to reflect on ways he could improve his work in future projects. The role of educators in project-based learning of children requires knowledge, patience, flexibility and the ability to adapt to the individual needs of children. The goal of the research is to examine the opinion of educators about their role during project-based learning of children. The results of the research showed the role of educators from their perspective in choosing the topic of the project, organizing the spatial and material environment, encouraging discussion and research, and monitoring, observing, documenting and evaluating the children's learning process.
