Abstract
Suvremeni uvjeti vanjskog okruženja, stavljaju poduzeća na brojne testove, ali i pružaju brojne mogućnosti, posebice za one koji imaju odgovarajuću strategiju da iz njih izvuku korist, što je preduvjet za stjecanje konkurentnog prednosti. Bit strategije je odabir obavljanja aktivnosti drugačije od suparnika. Strateško natjecanje može se smatrati procesom uočavanja novih pozicija koje privlače kupce s već utvrđenih pozicija ili privlače nove kupce na tržište. Strateške pozicije mogu se temeljiti na potrebama kupaca, dostupnosti kupaca ili raznolikosti proizvoda ili usluga tvrtke. Poduzeća koja traže promjene, eksperimentiraju s novim poslovnim modelima i ne slijede slijepo nametnute tradicije poslovanja, u suvremenom smislu postaju sve važnija. Glavni cilj ovog diplomskog rada je razjasniti prirodu i osobitosti konkurentskih prednosti poduzeća, identificirati glavne vrste konkurentskih prednosti i konkurentske strategije. Glavne istraživačke metode korištene u razvoju su analiza sadržaja, te metoda analize i sinteze.
Abstract (english)
Contemporary conditions of the external environment put companies to numerous tests, but also provide numerous opportunities, especially for those who have a suitable strategy to benefit from them, which is a prerequisite for gaining a competitive advantage. The essence of strategy is choosing to perform an activity differently from the opponent. Strategic competition can be considered a process of spotting new positions that attract customers from already established positions or attract new customers to the market. Strategic positions can be based on customer needs, customer availability, or the company's product or service diversity. Companies that seek change, experiment with new business models and do not blindly follow imposed business traditions are becoming more and more important in the modern sense. The main goal of this thesis is to clarify the nature and peculiarities of the company's competitive advantages, identify the main types of competitive advantages and competitive strategies. The main research methods used in the development are content analysis, and methods of analysis and synthesis.
