The finlal paper examined the importance of investing into human potentials and how much motivation and rewarding an employee make san impact on the employees satisfaction as well as on the success of the business. There were presented different motivational theories that managers should implement to make their jobs easier and to enciurage their employees to find internal motivation. The key point of the pape ris the importance of motivation inside the business as well as the deserved and correct employee rewarding system. It wae show both how a bad motivation can damage the business, and how a good and correct motivation helps the business. There were described different ways of how to accomplish and maintain employee motivation and which rewards to implement. From analyzing the present resarch, dana has been systemized on how much moivation and correct rewarding is represented in some businesses, as well as on what is the difference between a business that motivates employees and uses the rewarding system and a business in which employees are not being rewarded and therefore not motivated.
