Abstract
Kako bi poduzeće moglo dugoročno konkurirati na tržištu na kojemu posluje mora voditi aktivnu politiku upravljanja trškovima. Svako poduzeće ostvaruje veliki broj troškova u svome poslovanju. Svrha upravljanja troškovima je svesti iste na razinu ispod razine prihoda kako bi ostvarilo pozitivno poslovanje. Tijekom poslovanja tvrtke nailaze na brojne troškove kao što su troškovi plaća, troškovi održavanja, troškovi nabave sirovina i materijala i ostali troškovi. Bez troškova nema poslovanja. U ovome radu će se analizirati troškovi poslovanja Hotela Zovko te analizirati mogućnosti smanjenja troškova te mogućnosti razvoja strategije za efikasnije poslovanje i bolju kontrolu troškova.
Abstract (english)
In order for the company to be able to compete in the long term on the market in which it operates, it must have an active cost management policy. Every company realizes a large number of costs in its operations. The purpose of cost management is to reduce them to a level below the level of income in order to achieve a positive business. In the course of business, companies encounter numerous costs such as salary costs, maintenance costs, raw material procurement costs and other costs. Without costs there is no business. This paper will analyze the business costs of Hotel Zovko and analyze the possibilities of cost reduction and the possibility of developing a strategy for more efficient business and better cost control.
