Abstract
S obzirom na razvoj novih naprednih proizvodnih i informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologija tijekom Industrije 4.0 i digitalne transformacije, što je dovelo do promjene poslovnog okruženja, današnja poduzeća moraju svoje poslovanje prilagoditi novim uvjetima na tržištu kako bi održala konkurentnost. Nužno je da poduzeća u svoje poslovne procese ugrade nove tehnologije kao što su računarstvo u oblaku (eng. Cloud Computing), analitika velikih podataka (eng. Big Data), umjetna inteligencija (eng. Artificial Intelligence), Internet stvari (eng. Internet of Things), i druge, te moderne informacijske sustave za planiranje resursa poduzeća (eng. Enterprise Resource Planning) koja su neizostavni dio digitalne okosnice poslovanja. Cilj rada je prikazati prednosti implementacije ERP sustava u kontekstu Industrije 4.0. U radu je opisano stanje u poduzeću Hidraulika Kutina d.d. i postojeći ERP sustav koje poduzeće koristi kao podršku poslovnim procesima. Kako postojeći ERP sustav nije u potpunosti usklađen sa zahtjevima Industrije 4.0 za ERP sustave, u radu su na stvarnom primjeru proizvoda prikazani poslovni procesi nabave i proizvodnje, podržani ERP sustavom Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Zaključno su na osnovi stvarnog primjera iz prakse prikazane prednosti primjene ERP sustava u poduzeću, s naglaskom na zahtjeve Industrije 4.0.
Abstract (english)
Considering the development of new advanced manufacturing and information-comunication technologies during Industry 4.0 and digital transformation, which led to changes in the business environment, today's companies must adapt their operations to new market conditions in order to maintain competitiveness. It is necessary for companies to incorporate new technologies such as Cloud Computing (CC), Big Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT) and others, into their business processes, and modern information systems for enterprise resource planning which are an indispensable part of the digital backbone of business. The aim of the paper is to show the advantages of ERP system implementation in the context of Industry 4.0. The paper describes the situation in the company Hidraulika Kutina d.d. and the existing ERP system used by the company to support business processes. As the existing ERP system is not fully aligned with the requirements of Industry 4.0 for ERP systems, the paper shows the business processes of procurement and production supported by the Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system, on a real product example. In conclusion, based on a real example from practice, the advantages of using and ERP system in a company are presented with an emphasis on the requirements of Industry 4.0.
